Attn: gardeners, homesteaders: I had to replace a screen on my shredder last week, and was reflecting on what a great (USA-made) tool this has been. I wrote a review on it for CoolTools in 2008, which started out:

About Lloyd Kahn
Lloyd Kahn started building his own home in the early '60s and went on to publish books showing homeowners how they could build their own homes with their own hands. He got his start in publishing by working as the shelter editor of the
Whole Earth Catalog with Stewart Brand in the late '60s. He has since authored six highly-graphic books on homemade building, all of which are interrelated. The books, "The Shelter Library Of Building Books," include

Does anyone have a manual for the Mighty Mac Chipper shredder or can I download it on-line? Please Email jc_marriott@yahoo.ca
How do you change the chipper blade? I can't get at the allen heads….
I take it to the repair department at Jackson's hardware in San Rafael. They've got the tools and knowhow.
