Got Doug to shoot this because I want to see if I can improve my form.
Any suggestions from swimmers?
Getting into a beautiful body of water like this makes me want to reverse the aquatic-to-terrestrial transition from water to land of 300 million years ago and go back to living in the water.

About Lloyd Kahn
Lloyd Kahn started building his own home in the early '60s and went on to publish books showing homeowners how they could build their own homes with their own hands. He got his start in publishing by working as the shelter editor of the
Whole Earth Catalog with Stewart Brand in the late '60s. He has since authored six highly-graphic books on homemade building, all of which are interrelated. The books, "The Shelter Library Of Building Books," include
Shelter,
Shelter II (1978),
Home Work (2004),
Builders of the Pacific Coast (2008),
Tiny Homes (2012), and
Tiny Homes on the Move (2014). Lloyd operates from Northern California studio built of recycled lumber, set in the midst of a vegetable garden, and hooked into the world via five Mac computers. You can check out videos (one with over 450,000 views) on Lloyd by doing a search on YouTube:
I ran into a guy named Kevin yesterday outside Peet’s at Fillmore and Sacramento. We never met one another before. Without any prior communication as he was alone sitting in his parked car with the passenger window open, I immediately said “I bet you know Lloyd?” “Lloyd who he replied?” “Kahn” I said. “Of course” he said. I just walked away with my coffee in hand.
Hi Lloyd,
Look into bilateral breathing, there is a lot of good info on this simple technique available online. Your stroke looks a little short and choppy, try for a longer smoother stroke.

Get your head in the water and align your body to move efficiently.
It matters how you time your breathing with your stroke.
If you like a deep dive in a book, I learned a lot from The Art of Swimming

Bilateral breathing evens out your stroke…
Technically all right Lloyd !
But bilateral is a bit hard for confortable breathing.
Just shift sides sometimes, and feel by yourself the difference.
Slowing down and let it float more
Lenghtening chest and shoulders
Letting the legs follow
